1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using whycoo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Codicore Private Limited (CIN U58200UP2025PTC230810).

2. Description of the Service

whycoo lets you view and download publicly available Instagram stories, highlights, posts and profile information anonymously. The Service does not require an Instagram account or login and is provided free of charge.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only to access content that is publicly available.
  • Do not use the Service for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Respect the privacy, copyrights and other rights of content owners.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The whycoo name, brand, design and software are the property of Codicore Private Limited. All Instagram content viewed or downloaded through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. “Instagram” and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

5. Not affiliated with Instagram / Meta

whycoo is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will always be accurate or available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codicore Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codicore Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
